iTELConnect has truly reshaped the way I have done business communications. The telephone aspects of this service are great; from the professional messages to the status updates that iTEL can provide, it really helps me become more efficient. I can see who is calling and the time stamp, and I can transfer that call to any message box I need to while also letting them know that I am in a meeting, or with clients, etc.

One great thing about this service is that there is no hardware or equipment to buy. It is simply the best tool there is that can currently enhance the way you communicate with people. Truthfully, there is an old way of doing things and a new way.
