Awesome Service

I can't tell you how much Itell connect has helped me manage my business.

I am a property manager/Realtor and before this system I used my home phone and cell phone numbers.

This system has allowed me to give out ONE number which reaches me at both my home and my cell. It also has restricted my clients from leaving messages on my home phone answering machine that my children (I have teenageers) cannot hear or forget to tell me someone called.

In my business this is essential as I have clients and tenants calling often, not to mention Contracts that my clients are able to fax to my Itell number and I am able to retrieve them anywhere there is a computer. This is so important when I have confidential information on a contract and it is not sitting in an office somewhere for anyone to read or pick up and/or misplace. This saves me from running back up to my home office to pick up a fax!

The email feature is great - I have accidentially deleted the wrong call and am able to log on to my internet service to retrieve the lost call. Excellent!

This phone system has so many features I don't think I would know what to do without it! Thanks for the great service, my business has grown with Itell connect in more ways then I can count!
