I now have all of my customers routed through my iTELConnect number. The service forwards calls to me anywhere...home, cell phone...anywhere. My callers do not know where the call is being forwarded too they just like the idea that I’m more accessible now.

I also can set the way the call is handled. If I'm not available to take calls I can play a message to the caller letting them know my availability and give them an option to leave a message. When a caller leaves me a voicemail I get notified with a message sent to my phone.

Having the ability to receive and send faxes with my PC is another favorite feature that I'm always using.
