Have you ever had your cell phone ring and you did not recognize the phone number on your caller ID…so you answer not wanting to miss an important call ….and as soon as you answer your sorry you did. Problem solved. When a caller calls your iTELConnect number they hear a prompt “who should I say is calling” The caller will say their name and the call is forwarded to your phone. When you answer, the name greeting is played back to you and then you decide to accept the call or put the caller into your voicemail. You are now in Control of your calls.
