When a call comes in I have the option to connect with the caller or send to voicemail. This is a great feature because it gives me control of the call.

I also love the fact that I can retrieve my faxes from anywhere. I no longer have to be in the office to retrieve an important fax. I can retrieve my faxes in my email inbox or forward a fax that some one has sent me to any fax machine through my phone.
