I want also to point out that each extension or individual that can be contacted from the auto attendant menu receives an individual personal phone number and callers can call them directly without going through the auto attendant main number and menu. This makes it faster for frequent callers to contact individuals (you do not have to use this personal phone number if you do not want too).
